SUMMER CMI CARE PROGRAMS

Full Day & Half Day Options for K-6

Summer Camps - 5 day care camps (K-6)  (6am-6pm)

• One Time $20 Registration Fee to hold your students spot when registering for any summer camps
• Full Day Drop off every day from 6am-8am and pick up every day between 4-6 pm  (Flexible drop off and pick up times)
• Half Day Drop off from 6-8 am and pick up NO LATER than 12:00 noon  (Flexible drop off and pick up times)
• Snacks, drinks and supplies included - with lots of fun themes planned each week
• YOU PACK A LUNCH daily and we supply the rest
• ONLY $200 per week, per student for 5 full days (which is only $40 per day!!) OR $100 per week for half days
• 10% sibling discount for each sibling added
• MUST REGISTER for at least 3 days per week minimum

Planned activities and games including cooking, baking, arts, crafts, science, STEM, outside play, game days, special treats AND even planned walks to Edison Park (our property is attached to the bike/walking path)

We keep our camp sizes small to ensure a maximum of 10 to 1 student to staff ratio AND all of our classrooms and facilities are equipped with cameras for added safety and security.

Count Me In Care (morning & afternoon care options)

EDISON School Year CMI Care Options (SEPT - MAY):CMI offers FULL DAY CARE most every day that Edison is scheduled to be closed PLUS we offer care most days they close unexpectedly due to inclement weather as well!

• Edison Schools will provide transportation to and from Count Me In as long as you live in the district and are currently enrolled
• Student MUST BE ENROLLED for A MINIMUM of 3 days per week 
• Registration & Supply Fee of $25 per student is due at the time of registration to hold your student's spot

  Students enrolled in our program will have access to care on these days—so parents and guardians don’t have to use precious PTO or sick days just because school is out.  There are more than 16 days this school year that Edison is CLOSED and WE ARE OPEN - so if you want to save your PTO you can simply enroll your students to join us for AT LEAST THREE DAYS per week for the school year and then CHOOSE which dates you need full-day programming.

To keep everyone safe and healthy, we’ll continue to follow standard wellness policies. If your child is feeling unwell, we kindly ask that they stay home until they’re symptom-free.  Please do not send any student to our facilities if they are running a fever, throwing up, have any type of contagious rash, or have head lice.

🎉 Safety & Security for Families & Staff

• Our instructors are all adults and most are also teachers, and we only allow our assistants to be under 18  
• Our facility has cameras throughout that record everything, so we can review videos if questions or concerns arise
• We use the BAND AP in a private group to ensure constant communication is available with our staff

Program Details for Before & After School Care

1. Part Time/Flexible Weekly Schedule Option at Registration:  
   • You do not have to attend BOTH morning and afternoon care and can choose to attend just one. 
   • You DO NOT have to sign up for all 5 days each week and instead you may choose AT LEAST 3 DAYS per week to attend  
   • PLEASE NOTE:  There are NO DISCOUNTS if you do not attend a day/week as we still have to staff and hold your spot for when you return.

2. Coordinated with Edison Bussing:  Once Edison Schools releases their official transportation schedule, we’ll ensure students are on their respective buses each day and have coordinated with the bus drivers to have them pull into our parking lot for morning pick up to ensure added safety when it is dark outside!

3. Simple, Prepaid Monthly Billing OR Weekly Payment Options:  We operate on a monthly prepaid billing cycle. Your expected schedule for the upcoming month will be billed in advance and is due by the 1st of each month. IF you prefer to pay weekly or bi-weekly you are always welcome to login to your account and make payments at anytime OR drop off a check with our staff and it will be applied to your account typically within 24-48 hours.       

• Sibling Discount:  Enroll more than one child and enjoy a 10% sibling discount! (Discount is only applied to students #2,3,4, etc)

• Safe Facilities & Staff:  Our facilities are clean, safe, warm in the winter and cool in the summer.  We have a playroom, kitchen, multiple restrooms, a large indoor lounge with TV, projector and movie screen, a large indoor ballroom for a wide range of activities indoors, plus a large yard and easy access through the bike path to Edison park.  Every classroom has a security camera operating 24 hours a day to ensure the safety of our students and staff.   We practice fire drills, tornado drills and more with our students and staff throughout the year.

• Create an Account
• Enter your Student(s) Name(s), DOB, allergies/medical conditions, etc
• Then select CMI Morning or Afternoon Care from our drop-down list of programs
• Next, you will register your student in days of the week they will attend
• The program will NOT allow you to select different times to drop off and pick up each day of the week. 

For Example...a family could register for the following:

Morning Care - Elem Child #1 - Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays needing to drop off by 6:30 am 

Morning Care - Middle School Child #2 - Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays needing to drop off by 6:45 am

Afternoon Care - Child #1 - Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays picking up by 5pm

and no care is needed in the afternoon for Child #2 so I do not enroll them at all for afternoon care

REMEMBER - each student must be enrolled in a minimum of 3 days of either morning or afternoon programming to be eligible to receive programming on the 16+ days that Edison is closed and we are still open!
