Upstairs Level
*Rent the upstairs ballroom level for only $225 per day
- includes ballroom, lobby & handicap unisex restroom from 10am - 10pm
- includes 6 - 6' tables and 40 folding black metal chairs
(you are welcome to bring more of your own as well)
NOTE: Linens/decor in photo are NOT included with rental. We suggest you bring your own table coverings.
Downstairs Level
The downstairs level (which is not handicap accessible) includes the lounge, toddler play room, kitchenette, a mens and a womens restroom totaling an apx 2000 sq ft of rentable space.

- includes 6 - 6' tables and 40 chairs (you are welcome to bring more of your own as well)

**Rent the entire facility and have access to both levels for only $300 per day (10am-10pm)
Although our facility is in use for weekly scheduled dance classes, art classes and other programs - we also offer it for rent to the public. Great for birthdays, baby showers, graduations, holidays and more!
Our dedicated parking lot accommodates 40 parking spaces, including one handicap parking spot next to our handicap ramp.
Our unique and handicap accessible facility boasts over 6000 Sq Ft in total.
On the main floor you will find a handicap accessible ballroom with 1400 Sq Ft of hardwood bamboo floors and beautiful beamed woodwork on the tall vaulted ceilings. In addition, there is a large entryway and waiting room with handicap accessible restroom.
The downstairs level is not handicap accessible, but does include a kitchenette with fridge/freezer and microwave, kids' playroom full of toys, electric fireplace, smart TV, and access to both a men's and women's restroom.
You are welcome to bring your own food, beverages, decorations, etc!
We provide trash cans, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels and basic cleaning supplies so that you can clean up when you are done and leave your trash behind in our onsite dumpster.
The facility sits on over 2 acres and is backed by Edison Woods.
NO OPEN FIRES or FIREPITS permitted.
NO BALLOON RELEASES as we do not want them caught in our trees/woods.
