NOW FOUR Fundraising Opportunities to Offset Costs at CMI

All fundraising will be sales organized and offered through the studio where a percentage of each item sold will be credited towards the child's account whom sold them.  (No refunds or cash value for any funds earned.)

We will sell items for several weeks and collect the order forms with prepayment at the studio.  Dates the following month for picking up the items you sell at the CMI studio will be scheduled in advance.  When you pick up the items you sold, your account will be credited the amount due to you.  We will offer TWO fundraising opportunities in the 2025-2026 season for any student to participate in.

2026-2027 Season Fundraisers for CMI Families:

Fundraiser #1:  Year Round Fundraisers are NEW this year and allow you to fundraise ANYTIME you want to!  We offer A chance to dance calendar which you can "donate the date" and ask for donations for each day of the month on the calendar.  YOU will collect the funds and then ideally use them to pay your CMI account.  CMI simply provides the images and use of our logo and graphics for you to do this, so you can post, print, and collect anytime you want to!!

Fundraiser #2:  Year Round Fundraiser option #2 is our Advertising Sponsorships - which allows local businesses to "sponsor" a dancer while also gaining valuable marketing for their business.  Each level of sponsorship includes the business getting advertising in our studio, on our social media pages, and in our annual yearbook - so their sponsorship will last the entire season!  Forms are at the bottom of this page and can be printed anytime for you to hand out OR downloaded to be emailed.

Fundraiser #2 - Sept 2026 - Oct 2026: Fudge-Raiser - sell tasty, creamy, fresh made fudge and help offset costs for CMI Programs.  Sell through mid October, pick up orders at CMI in mid November, and deliver just in time for the holiday season dessert tables and gift giving season.  Fudge is shelf-stable for several months AND is made from Ms. Amanda's fudge recipe, which she created for Cedar Point over 20 years ago, so you KNOW it is good stuff!!

Fundraiser #4 - Jan 2027  thru Feb 2027: Kellis Kettlecorn -  was another huge success last season with over $3000 in popcorn sold again this year and our top sellers earning boutique gift certificates up to $50 in addition to earning 40% of their sales applied to their accounts!

Again - these are not required participation and none of them are exactly "set in stone" - but any student enrolled in any classes during the Sept-May dance season will be eligible to participate in one or all of these fundraising opportunities.  Emails will be sent to all students enrolled when each of these event details becomes available.

NEW Annual Advertising & Sponsorship Opportunities for Local Businesses OR Individuals to sponsor your dancer or performer!

We offer a really nice end of season yearbook annually to all of our families at recital time.  These are filled with lots of photos throughout the season, as well as all of our group photos, senior highlights, award winners and more. 

NOW Families can use these sponsorship forms ANYTIME to ask a local business, friend, or family member to help sponsor your student(s) this season and their company ad will be a part of that annual yearbook, in addition to more advertising opportunities throughout the season. 

Simply print and hand to them, or download and email.  They can give you the form and money or send it directly to CMI.  We will then apply 50% of the funds to your account!
