Why Choose Count Me In???

  • A Studio That Feels Like Home — Where Every Child Matters

At Count Me In, our mission is simple:
To educate your child and enrich their life — and to us, that’s truly priceless.

We pride ourselves on offering an encouraging, inclusive environment with small class sizes, exceptional staff, and all-inclusive pricing that eliminates hidden fees and last-minute surprises.

    Why Families Choose CMI

Small Class Sizes for Personalized Attention

We believe in quality over quantity. Most classes average 6 students per instructor, and never exceed 15 — and that’s only for our large-scale musical theatre productions.

    • Classes for ages 11+ typically have 10 or fewer students

    • All Acro classes are capped at 5 students per instructor to ensure every child gets ample mat time

    • Additional assistants are often present to support instruction

    Experienced Adult Instructors Only

We do not allow students to lead classes. However, through our Mentor Program, older students may observe, assist, or shadow instructors to gain experience — always under supervision.

    Simple, Transparent Pricing
    • All-Inclusive Flat Rate Costume & Performance Fee – no hidden costs or large lump sums!

    • Families receive a clear breakdown of tuition and fees so you can budget with confidence

    • Optional 5% Pay-in-Full Discount for the Fall season (covers 8 months of tuition + performance fees)

    • 10% Sibling Discount applied to each additional child’s tuition

That’s why we maintain a NO DRAMA policy — all students, parents, and staff are expected to be:

    • Kind

    • Respectful

    • Encouraging

We’re committed to maintaining a positive, structured environment where every student can learn and grow.

    Programs for Every Passion

We offer dance, acro, cheer, voice, and musical theatre — all under one roof.
Unlike many studios, we provide a broad range of training for well-rounded performers.

    Fundraisers to Help Offset Costs

Throughout the Fall season, families can participate in optional studio-wide fundraisers to help cover:

    • Tuition

    • Recital fees

    • Performance costs
      (No cash value, non-refundable)

    Giving Back to Our Community

We are more than just a dance studio. Our team regularly donates time, resources, and love to the local community. Just a few of our efforts include:

    • Before & after-school care for Edison students

    • Donated choreography for EHS Drama & Show Choir

    • Performances and tutu giveaways at local festivals

    • Recital flowers, snacks, and coloring books donated to assisted living facilities

    • Annual donations to OhGo, Angel Tree, Salvation Army, and more

    • Contributions to local PTOs, school fundraisers, and sports teams

At Count Me In, we work hard to offer more — more value, more care, more connection — without passing every cost on to you.

Our goal is to give every student a safe, exciting space to explore their creativity, build confidence, and feel at home.

Can My Child Try a Class Before Signing Up?

While we do not offer “trial” or “drop-in” classes for participation, we completely understand the importance of finding the right fit for your child. Here’s how we help:

👀 Watch a Class Before You Commit

Parents and students are always welcome to visit the studio, take a tour, and observe a class in person before enrolling — at no cost and with no obligation (as long as there is space available in the class). This gives your child a chance to see what the experience is like without having to participate.

⚠️ Why No “Try Before You Buy”?

Due to liability and insurance policies, we are unable to allow any child to participate in a class without completing full registration, including signing our studio waiver and contract agreement.

Want to Try a New Class or Style?

  • Our Fall Season starts in early September, and you’re welcome to observe one class per style before registering (as long as spots are available).

  • Our Summer Session is shorter and a great low-commitment opportunity to sample different dance styles before signing up for the full 8-month season and recital program.

Waitlisted? Don’t Worry!

If a class is full, please still register online and add your child to the waitlist. Once we have at least 4 students on a waitlist, we’ll do our best to open an additional class to accommodate interest.
