This is a one-time (non series) class and the cost is $10 per person to join.

The class begins with a gentle warm-up to stretch and center the body, followed by a few technique and across-the-floor progressions. Then we dive into expressive choreography that connects breath, movement, and music—set to emotional ballads, indie favorites, or cinematic scores.
Whether you're reconnecting with dance or trying something new, this class is a beautiful way to build strength, release stress, and express yourself through movement. No judgment, just good vibes and graceful feels.We suggest bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated.

Don't Have Tap Shoes???? Don't Worry!!! We have 6 pairs of SLIP-ON Taps that can be borrowed to wear over a sneaker (first come first serve to borrow them!) We also offer these Slip-On Taps AND Real Tap shoes in our store for purchase from $75-150 on average

Each week, you'll build on basic tap technique, footwork patterns, and timing—gradually working toward a fun, upbeat combo set to classic swing tunes or modern pop with a jazzy twist. We’ll focus on rhythm, musicality, and confidence, all in a relaxed and encouraging environment.
No experience? No problem! Just bring your enthusiasm, a comfy pair of tap shoes, and get ready to shuffle, ball change, and time step your way through the best 45 minutes of your week.

Class Attire: Leggings, tank tops, sports bras, leotards and other comparable athletic and compression wear are all acceptable clothing for this class. Ballet shoes are completely fine, but not required. If you do not wish to purchase a pair of Tap shoes then please go barefoot or wear a clean and comfy sneaker. BRING A BOTTLED WATER to stay hydrated!

ADULT (18+) Ballet/Barre Class combines learning the basic techniques of ballet and incorporates barre work as well. Here is the perfect introduction to the wonderful world of ballet dancing for those who have never studied ballet or haven't danced since childhood. Students will learn true ballet technique and terms as well as incorporate barre work for slow and structured movements where you concentrate on muscle movement and control. This class will focus on alignment, foundation of technique, and movement quality.
Barre movements can help maintain and even improve joint flexibility, overall mobility, and balance. These moves often mimic daily activities, which can help us function better in our day to day lives.

If you do not wish to purchase a pair of ballet slippers then please go barefoot and bring a low rise sock you can simply slip over the ball of your feet and toes as needed.
