CMI Summer Art Camps provide kids ages 5 and up the ability to attend day camps where our instructors and assistants will guide them in various art projects they can take home to enjoy! Check out all the awesome projects we have in store for each age group!
This art class is a fun way for students to create their own canvas wall art to hang on display in their room - or give as a gift.
We start by offering the option for 1 large canvas or 2 small canvas they can create their art on. A thick black lining paint is used to create the outline of the animal of their choice. Anything from a giraffe, zebra, lion, dolphin and more. Next, we will take a break while the black outline dries and enjoy a snack while "testing out" how water paints work on scrap paper. Finally, students will finish their canvas by using their waterpaints to fill in their outlined animals to create a beautiful, one of a kind piece of art. Please dress your child in play clothes that can get messy and send a bottled water with them in case they get thirsty! Cost is only $30 per student (all supplies and a light snack are provided) 
This art class is a fun way for students to create their own trendy wall decor - which is perfect for their bedroom or study!
Each student that registers will be provided with the First Letter of their First Name (which we pre-order once you register and pay the class fee). We provide all supplies for them to then decoupage their favorite colors, themes, etc - covering the entire letter. They can then choose from our stock of ribbons, flowers, feathers, beads, gems, lace and more to add to their letter for 3D decor as well as a ribbon to hang from. Please dress your student clothes that can get messy and send a bottled water with them in case they get thirsty! Cost is only $30 per student (all supplies and a light snack are provided) |
This art class is a fun way for students to create their own sensory play kit to take home and enjoy over the summer!
We provide all the supplies for students to create their own ocean wonder waves container! - plastic container with lid - blue ocean slime (kids will make their own slime with colors, glitters and even scents - options for everything from mermaids to sharks and various sea creatures to play with in their slime ocean. Shells and gems to hide and find and more....let your students imagination run wild with their own version of their ocean. Each time they play all of the items remain contained and when they are done the lid goes on for storage.....while still being able to see their awesome ocean through the sides of the plastic container! Please dress your child in play clothes that can get messy and send a bottled water with them in case they get thirsty! Cost is only $30 per student (all supplies and a light snack are provided) 
This art & activity class is a fun way for students to create their own version of a super hero outfit and then use their own super hero skills to work off some energy in our heroes training obstacle course with Spiderman!
Walk the balance beam, roll, jump, balance, and many more skills will be put to the test on a super fun indoor course. Students will be bare foot to ensure no slipping and safety....all while Spidey himself is there to help them and encourage them to do their best and keep trying. Please dress your child in "activewear" and if it is super hero themed - EVEN BETTER!....and send a bottled water with them in case they get thirsty! Photo opportunities with Spiderman when you pick your child up as well!!! Cost is only $30 per student (all supplies and a light snack are provided) |
PLEASE NOTE: Classes may be cancelled or substituted at any time due to supply availability, number of participants registered, etc. Any classes that do not fill to our minimum capacity will be cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled class, and an email notification will be sent to anyone who has previously registered. (Full refunds will be issued for any classes that are cancelled.)
