AUGUST 15-18 4 Day Acro Intensive:
Acro Levels 1-3 2:00 - 4:30 pm Each Day
Acro Levels 4-6 5:00 - 7:30 pm Each Day
NOTE: YOU MUST have been a previous acro student during our past 21-22 season to be eligible to take the intensive.
2 1/2 hours of flipping fun! (Each day is equal to almost a months worth of training time during our Fall dance season!!)
Students will engage in not only tumbling, but technique, strength and flexibility training as well.
This is the perfect time for those tumblers to get "caught up" and "back on track" to start the upcoming Fall season and ensure they keep progressing. We highly suggest signing up for all 4 days - but if you choose to register for only one or two that is ok as well.
DID YOU KNOW: For every month a tumbler goes WITHOUT tumbling and practicing their craft it can take them up to 3 months just to gain back what they lost in muscle memory and strength?!?!
$45 per Student, Per 2 1/2 Hour Class
(= $180 for the full 4 days)

Its a great way to try out new styles and new instructors, while continuing to get your physical activity in and decide what might be the best fit for you in the Fall!

Advanced: This level is for kids with 6+ years experience with dance

BRING your own water bottle each day. Wear dance appropriate attire and shoes (or barefeet) for all classes.
